Scandbev AB delivers to private individuals, companies, schools, organisations, associations and parishes in Nordic and European markets
Age limit for orders
Customers under the age of 18 must have a Guardian's permission to place orders with us.
The prices of our goods are quoted in Swedish kronor. By default, prices include VAT. Any invoicing fee will always be displayed including VAT. The sales tax is also shown in kronor before you confirm the order. VAT is 25%, 12% and 6%.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders. When you add something to your shopping cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be in the box below your shopping basket. The shipping cost is then added to the total cost before you confirm your order. If the freight companies charge Upptappat.se significant additional charges, this will be charged to the client by appointment. This is, of course, communicated in advance and can apply to exceptionally bulky packages or distant addresses in the inland of Norrland.
To shop with us you must enter details in all the fields that are mandatory at customer registration. If we do not have your email address, we will not be able to send you an order confirmation and we will not be able to notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered.
The personal information you provide to us is used for order processing, invoicing, information, marketing and other things that aim to ensure that our service works as well as possible. The data are not passed on to any third party.
Lowest Order Value
We do not apply a minimum order value. You can order for a value from SEK 1.
We are currently working with the payment provider Payson, read more about their respective services and conditions below. Payment can also be made via direct transfer or via our Bankgiro.
Payson-Pay by card, direct transfer or PaysonFaktura
Payment is done easily and securely with Payson. Even if you don't have a Paysonkonto then you can quickly make the transaction through Payson. Payson collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank.
Payson holds high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave which is an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted by SSL 128 bits and all card transfers are based on the banks ' so-called 3D-secure technology.
We offer the payment method "PaysonFaktura" in cooperation with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days. To order against invoice, you must be at least 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit assessment carried out at the purchase.
The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. In case of late payment, we will send you a reminder, with a statutory reminder fee of at present 60 SEK. We also charge default interest of 2% per month from the invoice due date. In case of non-payment, the case is submitted to debt collection, with a statutory collection fee of 180 SEK. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery and re-examine the customer's creditworthiness in individual cases.
When paying with PaysonFaktura, the invoice will pledged to Payson and thereafter to SVEA economics AB, 556489-2924.

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in West Gothenburg, where you can also collect your orders. In case of collection, it is important that you have valid identification and order number for quick handling.
Your order is sent as A-letter, postal parcel, DPD company package 16.00 or with DHL/Schenker or other shipper depending on weight and size. If the goods are sent as parcels or registered mail, the consignment receives a parcel number that is used to show where the package is in the mail handling. You can track packages on the Post's home page. Unfortunately, a regular letter does not get a parcel number and cannot be traced.
NOTE: We do not deliver parcels/company packages/couriers to box addresses. If you still choose us to deliver to the box address, there is a fee of SEK 50-75.
Scandbev AB has warehouses in Gothenburg. The products we have in stock are sent from us on the same day or the day after the order has been received and/or paid. The products we do NOT have in stock are sent as soon as we get them home – usually we get home products to our warehouse after 1-8 days and they are sent immediately to you. The delivery time for these goods will then be about 1-10 working days (within Sweden).
To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, the item is delivered with a day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we enter on the website.
Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have a high load due to high order intake.
As a private consumer you have the right to cancel your order before we sent the order to you.
Unclaimed Package Fee
For unclaimed packages We charge a fee of 395 KR (incl VAT) to cover the fees that arise in connection with the package returning to us.
If a product is damaged during transport, the damage must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder (Posten, Schenker, DHL or similar).
Reservation of title
All items you have ordered are Scandbev Ab's property until full payment has come to us.
Reklamationsvillkor and right of withdrawal
In order to complain about an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new item without any additional shipping cost, provided that the item is available. If we cannot replace you with a new product, we will make a refund to you once we have received the defective item in return. For the return of defective goods, we will send you a consignment note with paid postage.
In case of a complaint you should contact Scandbev AB and to simplify the handling of the complaint state the order number and the reason for the complaint.
Right of Withdrawal & returns
Private consumers, according to the Distance Contracts Act, have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies when the goods and packaging are returned in substantially unaltered condition. The product must not be used, but packaging may have been opened with care. As a customer, you are responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
To use the right of withdrawal, as a private consumer, you should contact Scandbev AB The return shipping is borne by the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods and the return is approved (refunds will be made within 30 days).

All our products have a one year warranty provided by our suppliers and manufacturers unless otherwise stated in the product description. We will of course help with contact and guarantee measures, so do not hesitate to contact us. According to consumer law, private consumers are entitled to complain about a product within 6 months of the date of purchase.
The event outside Scandbev ABs control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Scandbev AB is released from its obligations to fulfill the contractual agreements.
Scandbev AB reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. In case of final sale or if a sales item has been discontinued, Scandbev AB has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance. We reserve for typographical errors, final sales and price changes.
